Is it Celtic music? Or singing fairies?

Okay, so my whole "I'm going to bed now", didn't work out so well...

I was listening to my Pandora Radio under Quick Mix, and the Celtic Women started playing the song The Spanish Lady. And I fell in love with it! Their voices are so beautiful! The whole entire song made me think of a fairy tale book. Like one of those really good fiction books you'd pick up not expecting it to be that good until you're half way in. The ones with dragons, and fairies, unicorns, and all of the mythological creatures.

You can hear the legends of the Irish culture in their songs. And the way these women sing, it makes even more intriguing. Almost majestic. They capture your full attention. And Celtic thunder? Don't even get me started! Those men, are like the mythological greek gods, just with strong Irish accents! One of my fairy tale dreams, is to marry one of them. But sadly the one I'd marry, is no longer apart of Celtic Thunder... :( instead he went to Glee. Which was the worst news I've ever heard, in my life! I was heart broken. But I still play the Celtic Thunder videos with him in it so it's okay. I'll live.

Anyways, I love Celtic music! (I should put that under my little page of "things I love". I'll get around to it.. Eventually) I just love how their culture sounds so... So.... Oh my goodness, where's a thesaurus when you need one? Well I'll just say the same word, fairylike. Legendary. Majestic. Fiction. SciFi. (I know that was more than one word... Oh well.)

Yes, I think this is all.
Thanks for reading my extremely random blog.
Till next time.

Flexibility? Not so much....

Okay so for some stupid reason (no there really is a reasonable explanation) I decided to learn how to do the splits! Only my left splits though.. It seemed easier at the time. But my reasonable explanation for torturing myself with agonizing stretches, is simply because my cousin was over at my house and I was jealous of her flexibility. I mean, flexibility like that is great for dancing! (which I love, but that's mentioned in one of the pages in my blog under, well... "things I love")

Anyways, I thought if I endured the pain and became more flexible I'd be better at dancing. Thus began the continuous torture of my stretching muscles. But, I'm beginning to think that flexibility is not in my body's vocabulary. I say this because I can't seem to get that last part (the part where you touch the ground). Its like my legs are playing with force fields... Gaining up on me... Preventing me from completing the damaging process.

If only I could get that last part, my goal would be accomplished! But it's taking me longer than I thought... I shall eventually get it though! No matter if it takes weeks! I shall learn to do my full left splits. Well, hopefully.

I must go to sleep now, 'tis late.
'till next time.
